Supervised Connections was founded on a simple but deeply held belief: every child deserves a safe relationship with both parents, and every parent deserves a fair, professional, and respectful process for making that happen.

We exist because custody transitions are hard. The emotions involved — grief, frustration, fear, hope — are real for everyone in the room. Our role is not to take sides. It is to create a structured, neutral environment where children can spend meaningful time with a parent, and where that time is documented accurately and professionally.

Our commitment is to neutrality. We do not advocate for one parent over another. We do not editorialize in our reports. We observe, we document, and we protect — and we do it with the same care and professionalism whether we are serving the supervised parent, the custodial parent, or the court itself.

Above all, the best interest of the child guides every decision we make. A child’s relationship with their parent matters. Our job is to make sure those connections can happen safely, with integrity, and with full accountability.

Who We Are

Supervised Connections brings over 12 years of experience to every session. Our professional monitors are background-checked, trained, and experienced in the unique demands of high-conflict custody situations. We bring professionalism and calm to environments that can often feel anything but calm.

We go where families need us. Sessions take place at offsite neutral locations throughout DFW — parks, homes, Chuck E. Cheese, and other appropriate community spaces. There is no office, no commute burden, and no artificial environment. We meet families where their children are most comfortable.

We take detailed notes at every single visit. Those notes are neutral, factual, and thorough — and they become the documented record your attorney and the court can rely on. When cases go to court, our monitors are available to testify. We act as a direct extension of the court order: observing, documenting, and protecting — nothing more and nothing less.

We work closely with family law attorneys and serve families involved in proceedings across Dallas County, Tarrant County, Collin County, and Denton County. Whether a visitation order originates from a court in downtown Dallas or a suburban courthouse in McKinney or Denton, we are familiar with local expectations and procedural norms.
